 The
Minnesota Family Support and Recovery Council (MFSRC) is an association of child support and collection professionals. Our mission is promoting the well being of children and families through the professional development of members, legislative advocacy, public awareness, and collaboration with government and community agencies.
MFSRC provides training to child support staff, attorneys and legal staff, collection workers and others working in the support area. An annual training
conference is held each fall and is a working conference with training held on current issues including legislative updates,
case law, program administration, job skill enhancement, and computer skills.
