ABOUT US
The Minnesota Family Support and Recovery Council (MFSRC) is an association of child support and collection professionals.
The mission of the MFSRC is to promote the financial wellbeing of children and families, and support governmental accountability in Minnesota through training, legislative advocacy, and strong partnerships with state and national stakeholders.
An annual training conference is held each fall and is a working conference, with training held on current issues including legislative updates, case law, program administration, job skill enhancement, and computer skills.

MEMBERSHIP
There are two classifications of members, regular and affiliate. Regular members include county child support and paternity establishment and enforcement staff, county attorneys and members of their offices, county commissioners, county welfare board members, county agency administrative and management staff, Minnesota Department of Human Services management and staff, staff from the Minnesota Attorney General's office, law enforcement officers, judges, child support magistrates, probation officers, Minnesota County Recovery Association and other employees of federal, state, and county government supportive of the purposes of the Council.
Affiliate membership is a nonvoting membership status available to individuals who do not qualify for regular membership.
