CASE LAW
The MFSRC Case Law document was first distributed to all MFSRC members in 1997 and is updated periodically. It is a great "first step" tool for case law research, but not meant to substitute for other means of case law research. Historically, the case law synopsis available in this document were completed by Janice Allen, Assistant Anoka County Attorney, and a team of Minnesota Justice Foundation law students. The Ramsey County Attorney's Office and Hennepin County Attorney's Office have been been passed the torch to keep this document updated.

The Keywords and Phrases (noted below) is an index for the Minnesota Selected Child Support and Related Statutes 2017 book that is published by the Minnesota County Attorneys Association.
